Summary
When Tsukamura Masaki's company shuts down, he's worried he may have to leave the city and go back to Hokkaido. So when charming Nagasaka offers him a job as janitor of an apartment building, he jumps at the chance. But the job is more than just cleaning up, he's expected to take personal care of the weird assortment of tenants.
Contains also the oneshot Cruel Angel: a little deliquent saves a stranger from some thugs, only to discover the next day that the stranger is a teacher from his school and likes to pick on him
